Hamlin & Burton will work closely with those registrants suffering a financial hardship. Upon written request, and based on the circumstances presented, we will reduce the registration fees. Practicing attorneys earning less than $35,000 are eligible for a discount of 25% off the registration fee. A further reduction in fees may be granted based on other circumstances, such as first year attorneys struggling with student loans or the inability to find work due to current economic conditions. Each situation will be individually reviewed.

Cancellations must be requested IN WRITING and emailed to email@example.com or faxed to (321) 972‐0122. You will receive a confirmation upon the cancellation of your registration. Cancellations over the telephone are not accepted. Please include your name and your reason for cancelling on your email/fax and include your contact information in case we need to get in touch with you. A mandatory $25 processing fee will be charged for each cancelled registration.
Refunds will be processed accordingly:
If cancellation is greater than 30 days in advance: 100% refund.
If cancellation is between 10-30 days in advance: 50% refund.
If cancellation is less than 10 days in advance: 0% refund.
