There is no worse tyranny than to force a man to pay for what he does not want merely because you think it would be good for him. -- Robert Heinlein

A VERY SPECIAL TWO DAYS

Today will be our second and final day broadcasting live from the AFLAC Cancer Center and Blood Disorders Service at Children's Hospital in Atlanta. Again today we will be in the presence of some very special young people from across our nation who are courageously fighting cancer and blood disorders. This will be our third year with this fund raising event. Several times during the broadcast I will mention the phone number below. When I do I would ask that you consider how blessed you are with those healthy little rug rats around your home, and then make the call to help those young children and their families who are not so blessed.

RALPH NADER IS GOING NUTSO

Guess what? We've found the secret of how we could have avoided 9-11! All we had to do is elect socialist weirdo Ralph Nader president in 2000! Ralphie, you see, had a premonition. If he had been president one of his first actions would have been order impenetrable doors for airline cockpits. Yes, my friends, at the time the Country was entering an economic slowdown caused by the technology collapse and the stock market bubble finally bursting; and at a time when there hadn't been a hijacking of an American airline in over ten years, Ralph would have been concentrating on airline cockpit doors. Not only that, but Nader would have already wiped out Osama bin Laden by September 11th because he would have bribed his buddies to fork him over. Twenty-five million hasn't produced Saddam Hussein, but Osama's buddies are just waiting with their deposit slips to turn him over.

It's nice to know that Nader's delusion isn't limited to economics.

ON BEING A PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE

Since we're well into another presidential campaign, here's a presidential campaign statement that is sure to bring on certain and complete defeat:

"If you send me to the White House I promise to dedicate my administration to the cause of reducing the size of government and turning both the control and the responsibility of your life back to you. The government does not own you, and is not responsible for your individual welfare. That phrase in the Constitution about providing for the "general welfare" does not mean that your government is supposed to take care of every nuance of your life. It simply means that the federal government is charged with the responsibility of ensuring a general atmosphere in which you can use your talents and your willingness to work hard to build a fulfilling life for you and your family. The government is here to clear your way, not to prop you up. Elect me and I'll work to get government out of the way and to pave the path to fulfillment with freedom and economic liberty, but I won't work to take you down that path. That part will be up to you."

Oh yeah. Now there's a campaign stump speech that would resonate so well with the gimme electorate we have in the US right now.

HITLARY'S BOOK SIGNING

OK .. here I go. I'm going to read the Atlanta Journal-Constitution story about The Hildabeast's book signing in Atlanta yesterday. I'll make some notes as I go:

Denise Boesel says that Hillary "got through some difficult times, and I can certainly appreciate that." Is Denise talking about the way Hillary escaped prosecution for perjury? Certainly Denise couldn't believe that Hillary gave a damn about her husband's philandering.

Oops .. evidently John McCain and Colin Powell drew bigger crowds.

There's Denise Boesel again. She says that Hillary is a "great role model" for women. How's that? Is Hillary teaching women how to stage a fraud marriage for the purpose of gathering power? Is that the role model part? Or is the role model part the vicious way Hillary treats those whom she deems to be beneath her station in life?

Debra Washington from Florida says that she would gladly vote for Hillary. So did Keenum Thomas of Atlanta. I fact, the reporter says that almost all of the people at the book signing would vote for Hillary.

Hitlary was proceeding as normal yesterday. Although she posed for pictures for the press, she refused to answer questions. Remember, Hillary doesn't like to appear before members of the media that haven't been carefully screened beforehand.

Stand by, folks. There's an awfully good chance this dangerous woman is going to be running for the White House next year. What a wonderful time to be doing a talk radio show.

Now ... here's your link to Cark Limbacher's book. Read it and see if you would join these people in line at Hillary's book signing in their eagerness to vote for her for president.

Order the book.  Know your

enemy.

ALL THOSE JOBS GOING OVERSEAS

Have you ever noticed that most of the people who complain endlessly about all of those American jobs "going overseas" fall into one of two categories?

Category One would be people who have squandered educational opportunities and have settled for jobs that require nothing all that special in the way of knowledge, training or experience.

Category Two would be the politicians who hope to ride to power on the votes of those from Category One.

FINALLY ... ARNOLD'S CANDIDACY

Nice guy, no question. But is this man really qualified to be governor of California? I have no doubt he loves America; more than most, probably. That doesn't make him a qualified candidate.

Thus far Arnold Schwarzenegger hasn't uttered one intelligent answer to one question from the media about his candidacy. When asked about California's budget problems he says that he is not going to raise taxes, and he's also not going to cut any government programs. So ... how are you going to get the money to pay for those programs if you don't cut taxes? Simple, just get businesses to come back to California so that they can pay taxes. But why are those businesses leaving California? They're leaving because of the government programs that Arnold says he won't cut.

If Arnold Schwarzenegger doesn't come up with some answers and some ideas quick, his star is going to fade quickly. Maybe Californians need to start looking at some alternatives.

SOME READING ASSIGNMENTS

Do you think it's going to be an easy trip for Arnold Schwarzenegger to Sacramento? Probably not.

This could be an interesting read. Just what makes a person a liberal? Dennis Prager has some ideas.

Ouch! Rich Lowry writes "If you were to distill all that is worst about American politics into one man, he would have perfectly combed hair and he would answer to "Gray." Lowry says that Gray Davis' only real talent was selling out to unions and trial lawyers.

Do you think this "human shield" is being treated fairly? Really ... what's the point?

Do you wonder where journalists get their leftist slant? Read this story about a journalism professor from the University of North Carolina.
