RACE PIMPS WORKING THE CROWD

Yeah ... even more on the story of the police drug raid and the 88-year-old woman who was killed. [bugmenot.com]   Atlanta race whores are starting to get in on this matter .. and they're coming up with some rather wild stories in their attempts to gain stature and power in their communities.  So .. how about this one:  The police shot first.  Yeah ... they just went in that home, saw that old woman, and killed her.  Then they shot each other and came up with the story that she had shot them.  Now that works, doesn't it?  Ballistics reports will show that the bullets in the police came from the woman's gun.  No problem .. the race pimps will just say the police planted that gun on her after they took turns shooting each other with it.

Now we have protestors outside the home.  Anti-police protestors.  One sign reads "Warning taxpayers & black citizens.  Don't dial 911.  The police will kill you."  You know what?  If you fire on the police, hit three of them, it is perfectly reasonable to expect that they will return fire!  Perhaps this little nuance is a little too much for the person waving that sign to grasp.  Another sign says "They gave me administrative leave ...with pay. Kill a black citizen and get paid."  Again .. no awareness of the fact that the black citizen fired on the police.  It was self defense, not an assault.  And yes ... you are allowed to use deadly force to defend yourself against an elderly woman.

Of course the race pimps were at the demonstration in front of the home ... waving their fists in the air and getting the crowd to shout "black power."  (Shouldn't that be "African-American power?")  The only way these "activists" have to acquire any power or presence in the community is to exploit race.  These race warlords smell blood ... and power.  Now they'll start using phrases like "shot down like a dog" to describe what happened to this woman.  No mention of the fact that she fired on and hit three police officers first.  Facts be damned, there's power to acquire out of promoting racial fears.

Here's an idea.  If these people hate the police so much, let's set aside a community in Atlanta where the "don't dial 911, the police will kill you" crowd can live without police protection.  Lower their taxes by an amount commensurate with the cost of police protection, and let them live in their own peaceful little community with no worries about the police just coming along and shooting them for the hell of it.

The real story here is the absurdity of the war on drugs.  The real story is taking a back seat to race baiting and the quest for power.

PLEASE READ THIS

There's a story today that Islamic Sharia law is starting to spread in Great Britain.  There are unofficial Islamic courts sitting in various parts of London.  Here's how it works.  Some Muslim commits a crime.  The Muslim community tries him before one of their "unofficial" Islamic courts.  Punishment is meted out, and the victim of the crime then refuses to file a criminal complaint with the legal British courts.  Some British lawyers are even supporting the system, calling it "legal pluralism."  Nobody seems concerned.  Some officials are suggesting that there will be a formal system of Muslim courts in Britain within ten years.

And so the Islamic invasion of Europe proceeds at a rather brisk pace ... Eurabia is on the way.

Now ... this all leads up to an article by Victor Davis Hanson I really want you to read.  You can find it in today's Wall Street Journal or click to read it right here.  The title?   "Losing the Enlightenment.  A civilization that has lost confidence in itself cannot confront the Islamists."  Here's one paragraph:

Just imagine in our present year, 2006: plan an opera in today's Germany, and then shut it down. Again, this surrender was not done last month by the Nazis, the Communists, or kings, but by the producers themselves in simple fear of Islamic fanatics who objected to purported bad taste. Or write a novel deemed unflattering to the Prophet Mohammed. That is what did Salman Rushdie did, and for his daring, he faced years of solitude, ostracism, and death threats--and in the heart of Europe no less. Or compose a documentary film, as did the often obnoxious Theo Van Gogh, and you may well have your throat cut in "liberal" Holland. Or better yet, sketch a simple cartoon in postmodern Denmark of legendary easy tolerance, and then go into hiding to save yourself from the gruesome fate of a Van Gogh. Or quote an ancient treatise, as did Pope Benedict, and then learn that all of Christendom may come under assault, and even the magnificent stones of the Vatican may offer no refuge--although their costumed Swiss Guard would prove a better bulwark than the European police. Or write a book critical of Islam, and then go into hiding in fear of your life, as did French philosophy teacher Robert Redeker.

Can you accept the possibility that Europe may be lost to Islam?  Spain is surely doomed ... and nobody anywhere else seems willing to take a stand.  Look at your children, and wonder just what type of world they're going to grow up in.  We in America spend more time condemning ourselves than we do looking at the threat from abroad.  A certain recipe for disaster.

ALCEE GETS THE BOOT

As predicted and just like you knew she would, Speaker-Elect Nancy Pelosi summoned Congressman Alcee Hastings up to her office yesterday and told him he would not be serving as the chairman of the Intelligence Committee.  This would mark the first smart thing Nancy Pelosi has done since she began her ascendancy to the Speaker's office.

She had no choice but to send Alcee up the river.  If she had allowed Hastings to run that committee, then she would be violating her vow to end the "culture of corruption" supposedly left by the Republicans.  In addition, leaving Alcee in place would have provided her critics with a ready-made lightning rod...handed to the opposition on a silver platter.  But this isn't the first dumb thing Nancy Pelosi was about to do.

First she was pushing John Murtha to be House Majority Leader.  Aside from his out-of-the-mainstream, anti-war kookery, Murtha had ethics problems himself.  How on Earth Pelosi thought a man who was seen on the Abscam tapes turning down a bribe "at this time" could help end the Republican culture of corruption...we may never know.  But she didn't make the same mistake twice.

Which is what putting an impeached federal judge in charge of one of Congress' most important committees would have been.  Of course if you listen to poor 'ole Alcee today, he's claiming he's a victim.  Whatever.

JUDGE TO REQUIRE MONEY FOR THE BLIND

A federal judge ruled yesterday that the federal government is discriminating against blind people by printing paper money that all looks the same.  Evidently it's supposed to look different...or feel different, as the case may be. So what's the problem here?

The problem is not the merits of whether or not the federal government should make paper money in all different shapes and sizes.  Maybe they should.  Perhaps we could put embossed paper dots on all the bills so blind folks could tell them apart.  The issue here is whether it is the place of a federal judge to make public policy.  The answer of course is that it is not.

And besides, why don't federal judges address all of the inequalities of life?  There are many things in society that are not particularly friendly to one group or another.  Perhaps public roadways and signs should be made more user-friendly for blind people.  And what about television sets for the blind?  Surely the FCC needs to step in on this one.  There's gotta be a way.

And naturally, like many of these decisions handed down by politicians in black robes, you and I will be the ones to pay for the cost of abiding by the rulings.

HERE WE GO AGAIN

George W. Bush is at it again with his open borders nonsense.  Now the president wants to loosen the criteria for foreigners visiting the United States.  His latest proposal?  Allow visitors from abroad to come in without a visa for up to 90 days and avoid a security screening.  Why do we even bother with requiring anything to enter into the country then?

It is an absolute mystery as to why the president does not want to crack down and tighten up our borders.  On one end of the country, we have millions and millions of illegals streaming across the border every year in the Mexican invasion.  And yet the administration has chosen to do absolutely nothing about it.  In fact, he wants to encourage it with an amnesty proposal.

And now this...easy, convenient 3-month stays in the United States without needing a visa.  What's next...a foreign exchange program for Islamic terrorists?  Has the administration forgotten just how the 9/11 hijackers got into this country?  Are we hell bent on making those same mistakes again and allowing more people who would kill us all to just stroll right on into the country?

It would seem so...and that's too bad.

READING ASSIGNMENTS

So what can we expect from a Democratic Congress?  Dick Morris says absolutely nothing.  The reason is that the Democratic leadership will have to run everything by its various special interest caucuses....meaning we're unlikely to see much in the way of legislation.  And Morris also says don't expect much from the Senate, either.  Brilliant analysis.

'Tis the season of giving...and Walter Williams weighs in with a brilliant column of the issue of the role of government.  He says people would be put in jail for stealing other people's money and giving it away, yet that's exactly what government does.  Why do people tolerate it?  Williams has a theory.  Be sure to check this one out.

There seems to be a trend lately to criminalize thought in the form of "hate crimes."  So if we're going to have hate crimes, Linda Harvey has an idea.  How about "nice crimes?"  Surely if there are hate crimes, there are nice ones.  Interesting take.

Air marshals and pilots are saying that if allow people to worry about being accused of racism, then people will be afraid to stop terrorists from boarding airplanes.  The controversy continues to swirl over the 6 Imams vs. US Airways incident that happened in Minneapolis.

Virginia Senator-Elect James Webb is getting off to a bad start with President Bush.  Evidently at a recent reception at the White House, Bush asked Webb how his son, who is serving in Iraq, was doing.  That's when things got interesting!

Not only is North Korea becoming more isolated thanks to their nuclear program, but now the Bush Administration has done the unthinkable.  They have banned the export of iPods, plasma televisions and Segway scooters to The Gargoyle.  Tough days ahead in Pyongyang, indeed.

John Stossel explores the question of whether or not Americans are cheap.  If you listen to the Hollywood elite and politicians like Jimmy Carter, we are.  But do the facts bear those accusations out?  Read on to find out.

Alcee Hastings likes to rewrite history by saying his impeachment was a political hatchet job.  But as Byron York explains, the facts state otherwise.  It seems 'ole Alcee had quite the reputation as a federal judge.

The media bias continues to be off the charts in the reporting of the war in Iraq.  Michelle Malkin takes a look at one story that was covered over the Thanksgiving Day weekend.  It turns out the story can't be verified...and the mainstream media knows it.

So what is the answer to the war in Iraq?  Do we stay?  Do we go?  Is there really a civil war currently going on?  Linda Chavez says there are no long-term fixes for the situation.  But she comes from the school of thought that says it's time for more troops.

This guy sure knows how to deal with the Fred Phelps sort of homophobes. Hilarious!
