OH COME ON NOW .. YOU'RE NOT SERIOUS.

There seems to be a bit of a dust up in the Obama and Hillary camps over an allegation allegedly made by Obama or someone in his campaign. The damning allegation? That Bill and Hillary Clinton made some sort of a pledge 20 years ago to seek the presidency .. both of them.

Please ... tell me that there isn't one rationally thinking person out there who does not believe that Bill and Hillary did just what this rumor alleges they did. This ridiculous relationship between those two has never been a marriage ... it has always been what you might call an LLC .. a "Limited Love Coalition" ... formed solely for the purpose of acquiring and maintaining political power.

Those of you who think that this is now or has ever been what anyone would call a "real marriage" need help ... soon. Please contact your local mental health services coordinator.

Bill and Hillary are an insult to the institution of marriage. Britney Spears is a better representative of marriage than those two phonies.

VICK SURRENDERS

Michael Vick surrendered to U.S. marshals yesterday. Vick knows he's going to jail, and the sooner he gets started on serving his time, the quicker he can get out. Most experts think he'll get a sentence of between 12 and 18 months. He is scheduled to be sentenced December 10th on dogfighting conspiracy charges. It's hard to remember when one man's stupidity and arrogance cost so many people so much.

HATE CRIMES

The FBI released a report stating that "hate crime" incidents in the US have risen by 8% in the last year. Racial prejudice accounts for more than half of the incidents. Of the 7,330 identified by police in 2006, 58.6% were white, 20.6% were black, 12.5% were unknown.

The "Rev." Al Sharpton, of course, had something to say about the report, "The FBI report confirms what we have been saying for many months about the severe increase in hate crimes ... What is not reported, however, is the lack of prosecution and serious investigation by the Justice Department to counter this increase in hate crimes."

Be careful dear listeners. What is the difference between a assault for financial gain and an assault based on racial bigotry? There's one difference .. and only one: The thought processes of the perp. Hate crime legislation means that the attacker will be punished based on what he was thinking when the crime was committed. Bottom line ... we're criminalizing thought.

Thought crimes. You comfortable with that? Hate crimes have to be the most absurd idea of the last 10 years .. and one of the most dangerous.

GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS' INDOCTRINATOR

In California, a summit has been called to "close the achievement gap" in government schools. California government school warden Jack O'Connell thinks that minority students are performing poorly because of teachers' "widespread cultural ignorance." In other words, the white teachers can't relate to the black and Latino students.

Now enters a man by the name of Glenn Singleton, who runs the Pacific Education Group in San Francisco. He is a consultant for government schools. They take thousands of dollars of taxpayer funds and give those dollars to this man in return for his words of "wisdom." He is the ultimate propagator of "diversity training." He is being hired to teach the Education Department's racial sensitivity classes.

Let's get a little taste of Mr. Singleton's ideology. Well first of all, he says government schools, not parents, play the biggest role in influencing a child. Well, that would go along with what Marx thought. Why do you think he insisted on the government being in charge of childhood education?

Singleton also says says, "If we were to say that black or brown kids don't perform as well because of their parents, we're saying black and brown parents aren't as effective as white parents," Singleton told The Chronicle. "That's pretty much a racist statement." That, of course, is a crock. Culturalist, maybe .. but not racist. Give me parents from a culture of achievement any day over parents who are embedded in the culture of victimization and failure. In Singleton's mind it is racist to place any responsibility on the parents of these children. Instead, we must blame the white teachers for not being able to connect to minority children. Ok, I hope you stomached that statement because it is about to get worse.

In 2002, Singleton got his hands on Seattle government schools. They hired him to indoctrinate students and staff about racism. So what did he do? He immediately attacked individualism and brands any form of individualism as a form of "cultural racism." He goes on to say that "only whites can be racist." There you go ... another warrior in the left's war on individualism.

Singleton also says that planning ahead is a white characteristic and it is racist to assume that minorities will do the same. This reminds me of the professor from a predominately black college in Atlanta who, many years ago, said that the use of logic in an argument was racist. There seems to be no end to this nonsense.

Back to the California schools, Singleton preaches the ubiquity of white privilege and race. He previously made this statement on the topic that California is currently facing: "White teachers (and minority teachers co-opted into the white power structure) stymie black and Hispanic students because they fail to understand their cultures and how daily racial oppression affects their outlook. They also push a curriculum tooled for whites, and are ignorant of the special ways that blacks and Hispanics communicate."

Excuses, excuses, excuses. Not one word from Singleton on the culture of failure that permeates the urban school experience. You know, the "learning is a white thing" bit.

A billboard owner in Washington is catching flack for his latest billboard that reads: "No Mexican Olympic teams?? All the runners and swimmers are here!" Don't forget those who can jump.

This reminds me of a little stunt I pulled about 11 years ago when the Centennial Olympic Games were here in Atlanta. I wrote a series of 60-second announcements that I ran on the show in various foreign languages. The Spanish language announcement read something like this:

"The Neal Boortz Show would like to welcome all of our visitors from Mexico to the Centennial Olympic Games here in Atlanta. We do offer our condolences for the pitiful showing by your Olympic team, but after all, any Mexican who can run, swim or jump moved to the United States years ago."

Even in 1996 it was a problem.

You should have heard what the French language announcement said.

GOOD NEWS FROM IRAQ

Here are some of the latest statistics that I'm sure you won't find reported in the lamestream media.

• Violence in Iraq is down by 50%.
• Civilian casualties in Iraq are down by 60%.
• Baghdad casualties are down by 75%.
• Basra violence is down by 90%.
• Terrorist attacks in Iraq are down by 80%.

Remember ... Democrats, and that includes their followers travelers in the media, are invested in failure in Iraq. They are dedicated to the cause of bringing our troops home in defeat. Could we have won World War II with today's MoveOn Democrats in charge? Possibly not.

POVERTY AND OBESITY

The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health has come to the conclusion that poor people have more overweight kids. The health officials are attributing this to the fact that affluent communities have more public parks. Yes. That's right. There are more public parks in wealthier communities around Los Angeles and THIS is why their children are not obese. No other factors, just blame the rich for hogging all the parks.

The real reason? Ignorance breeds poverty, and ignorance feeds at McDonalds.

RENT YOUR FAMILY TREE

A man in Portland wants to help his fellow residents "live green" around the holidays. So he started the Original Living Christmas Tree Company. Customers pick out a tree and the founder, John Fogel, delivers it to them in a large pot with directions on how to keep the tree alive. After the new year, Fogel comes and picks up the tree and sells it to landscapers, schools and parks departments. He explains that this is "a great way for you to reduce your carbon footprint with the global warming gasses that the tree absorbs." The trees can be rented for $70.

I'm a cliff dweller. Rules, rules, rules ... including no real Christmas trees allowed.

A CHOICE?

Did I really see an interview where Democrat presidential candidate actually said that homosexuality was a "choice?" Is he really that stupid? Well .. .it looks like he's trying to backtrack a bit. His campaign has now sent an email to reporters claiming that he really didn't understand the question. Yeah, right ... I'm buying that. You?

The number of people in U.S. prisons has increased eight-fold since the 1970s ... meaning more costs to taxpayers. It also means less crime than there would have been if these thugs and predators were on the streets. We need to start a campaign to make prisons more miserable. These guys have it too good.

We all have a new hero to look up to today. This restaurant manager kicked a mother and her screaming child out of a restaurant. Too bad it happened in Louisville. I would be eating there tonight! The mother, of course, is trying to make an issue out of the incident .. getting her 15 minutes of fat face on TV time.

Arizona has been in a drought for a decade, but they seem to have enough water to build a water park in the middle of the desert.

Here's some government outrage from Spokane, Washington where a former lawmaker wasted thousands of dollars of taxpayers' money on "trips."

Just remember, if your family is becoming obese it is not your fault. There is always a government official around the corner that is willing to handle it for you. Meanwhile, be sure to enter the nearest Burger King as a stored address on your car's GPS system.

A flight from Seattle to Las Vegas was diverted to Portland after a couple tried to join the "mile high club." Come on, folks ... it was the middle of the freaking afternoon? Can't you catch a redeye for this kind of behavior?

Only $1,000 for a company to scan your DNA for your genetic future? Maybe I don't want to know.

Apparently the hottest new ringtone is the king of Spain telling Hugo Chavez, "Why don't you shut up?"

If this doesn't scar the little kiddies ... Santa gets stuck trying to propel down an 80 foot wall. Firemen have to climb up and rescue him, after he removes his fake beard and hat.

Des Moines is fixin' to become a sanctuary city. Time to stop all federal aid to Des Moines.
