While we are on the subject of these evil rich people. Here is another classic example of wealth envy. Juan Williams was on the "Fox News Sunday" panel discussing our deficits. He came up with this line about the GOP wanting to extend the Bush tax cuts for all Americans: "It's unbelievable to me that we have somehow made rich people into victims .."
This one is too easy. Now Juan - who seems to be a nice enough guy - evidently thinks that it's only a crime to steal money from the poor or the middle class. Webster's defines "victim" as: one that is acted on and usually adversely affected by a force or agent. Well Obama and the Democrats are acting adversely towards the high-achievers in our economy. That makes them victims. It's a strange world that Juan Williams lives in ... a world where plundering the rich is a victimless crime.
