So yesterday we had James Clyburn essentially saying that Republicans are aiding and abetting terrorism. How? Well, I guess by being so vociferously opposed to ObamaCare. I guess the standard now is that once the Democrats manage to pass another one of their dependency-producing government entitlement programs Republicans should just shut the hell up, stop voicing disagreement and simmer down. To do anything else is somehow un-American.

There was Clyburn ... who is no stranger to illogical and hysterical statements .. and now we have some more gems to add to the list ...

• There's North Dakota Democrat Chairman Mark Schneider. He says that recent days have reminded him of "pre World War II Germany." In other words ... the Nazis.
   
• We have Democrat Rep. John Boccieri comparing this experience post-Obamacare to serving in Iraq and Afghanistan. He says, "Having flown missions in and out of Iraq and Afghanistan, I know what it's like to be in harm's way. But I never imagined serving in Congress could feel the same."

This type of violence and rhetoric goes both ways, folks. Like this, for instance ... let's see if the mainstream media picks up on this story. Republican Rep. Jean Schmidt received a threatening voicemail from a liberal who was happy that ObamaCare passed, wished that she had broken her back in an accident she had in 2008 and threatens to use a gun against Tea Party members. But that won't really fit into the mainstream media's anti-Tea Party agenda now will it? We also had gunshots fired into Republican Eric Cantor's district office. Did you happen to catch that on the news? I guess it's shooting at a Congressman's office is just not as serious as spitting at a congressman. Someday I'll figure this all out.

The head of the Obama campaign organization is even going as far as to raise money in order to "protect" the "courageous" Congressman who voted for Obamacare. Seriously! Organizing for America has sent out an email soliciting $5 donations to "defend health reform -- and those in Congress who fought to make it possible." Well .. ..anything for a buck, I guess. If George Bush (miss him yet?) did this the Democrats would be talking about stoking fear .... Still haven't figured all this out.

You see what's happening here I'm sure. The last thing the ObamaZombies want to do is debate ObamaCare on its merits:

• They don't want to have to defend the revelation that Obama and his family will not be subject to the restrictions, requirements and penalties of ObamaCare.
• They don't want to have to explain how an insurance company can charge lower premiums when its healthier policy holders take a hike and they're forced to insure people who are already sick.
• They don't want a discussion on how our children and grandchildren are going to pay off the massive debt they will have to overcome courtesy of ObamaCare.
• They don't want to have to defend the gimmicks they used to force the Congressional Budget Office to falsely report that ObamaCare would reduce the deficit.
• They don't want to discuss the logic fining a young person 2.2% of their income if they refuse to buy an insurance policy they think they won't need that would cost them 10% of their income.
• They don't want to have to explain just why ObamaCare will not follow the path of Medicare and the prescription drug benefit ... the path to actual costs over and above projected costs by a factor of 10 or more.
• They don't want to discuss Fidel Castro's glowing endorsement of ObamaCare yesterday.
• They don't want to discuss just why Democrats absolutely refused to consider simple and easily enforced private sector options, such as allowing insurance companies to sell their policies across state lines, before moving toward healthcare nationalization.
• They don't want to explain just where in the Constitution they found that nifty little clause that gives the government the authority to use its police power to force a free American citizen to enter into a contract to purchase something from a private company against their will.
• They don't want to have to explain why Caterpillar has already announced that as many as 1000 workers will lose their jobs after the passage of ObamaCare.

We could go on and on here ... but you get the idea. These are simply facts, questions, policies and anomalies that the Democrats don't want to talk about ... so what do they do to avoid the conversation? Simple! They just used their sycophants in the ObamaMedia to portray opponents of ObamaCare as psycho-nutjobs who need to be put in straitjackets or internment camps somewhere to protect all that is decent and wonderful in the Democrat's brave new welfare state.

No ... I'm not saying they're lying about the threats. The low-brow morons who get a thrill out of violent acts and threats are with us; always have been, always will be. Not one week has passed out of the last 20 years that I haven't received death threats and threats of violence through snail mail, email and by telephone. Ditto for the people who work for me. You don't hear me on the air blaming Democrats or liberals for these threats. I really believe that some of these people don't actually have any political agenda at all. They just suffer from some sort of a sicko disorder that gives them a thrill when they're threatening other people. They're part of the job ... and some of them are rather entertaining. They also serve to remind you that the violent psychos are out there so always be on your guard. Democrats are, I think, exploiting these whack-jobs in order to seek cover after their nefarious deed of earlier this week.

Seems to be working.
