DAY BY DAY ... WE FIND OUT HOW BAD OBAMACARE REALLY IS

OK ... I know I'm simply a violence-prone racist for opposing ObamaCare, but with every day that passes we're finding out more about this amazingly bad piece of legislation, and the more we find out the more of a complete disaster we discover this bill to be.

Now ... if you're an ObamaZombie you aren't going to want to know how atrocious this bill is. Wallowing in ignorance is comforting to you. It gives you more time to concentrate on the Final Four and your favorite Hollywood celebrity. If you actually care about the future of our country and the tab your children will have to pay to save Obama's presidency, you could start to understand this disaster by reading this Weekly Standard article.

Simply put, the two operative words here are "Repeal" and "Replace." If this bill is allowed to stand the suffering will be widespread. About the only people who won't suffer will be the parasite class who are only interested in living off the efforts of other Americans.

Do you remember the promise Obama made about signing significant legislation? He said that major bills would be posted on a website for five days before he signed them so you would have a chance to find out what's in them. So ... how many days passed between the passage of ObamaCare and The Community Organizer's signature? Try 36 hours. Obama promised 120 yours .. we got 36. Why? Well, he must not have wanted you to read it after all! Can't blame him for that.

Just a few goodies about ObamaCare I learned in the last 24 hours.

First ... the federalization of the student loan process. You do know why this was included in ObamaCare, don't you? The Democrats needed to keep the cost of ObamaCare below one trillion dollars for the first ten years. By including this student loan takeover in the bill the Dems were able to tell the Congressional Budget Office that it would save about $51 billion over ten years. Fact is, it probably won't .. but by law the CBO had to accept the Democrat's $51 billion as fact.

Well ... here's something you didn't know about the student loan takeover. There was an exemption in the original bill .. an exemption for a bank in North Dakota. This bank would be able to continue with its student loan business. And why was that exemption there? North Dakota's Democrat Senator would be why .. Kent Conrad. He negotiated this exemption for the Bank of North Dakota several months ago. Why? Well ... would you suspect big-time campaign donations? Maybe friends working for the banks? It matters not, though, Conrad read the tea leaves a few weeks ago and asked that the special provision be removed. You do have to wonder how many other special provisions there are out there.

Then there's the story about no-bid contracts related to student loans being awarded to certain California non-profits closely related to California Congressman George Miller. ObamaCare prohibits private for-profit companies from originating federally guaranteed student loans. But ... while ObamaCare eliminates for-profit companies from the student loan arena, the door is opened to non-profits. Make that certain favored non-profits. One of the big winners is an outfit called ALL Student Loan. ALL Student hired a lobbyist to try to preserve their student loan business. The lobbyist, Vincent Reusing, has been described as a pal of California Congressman George Miller. Miller put the language in the bill protecting ALL Student.

Anyone surprised?
