SO HERE COMES THE WEALTH ENVY CAMPAIGN

The bottom line is that the Democrats have nothing to run on ... nothing ... for these midterm elections. The economy is roaring along at 1.6% annual growth. Over three million jobs have been lost SINCE The Community Organizer became president. Almost two out of three people want ObamaCare repealed. Unemployment rate is nearly 10 percent and not showing any signs of going down. What do you run on?

Well ... listen to the ads and you'll see what the Democrats are running on. Wealth envy. Listen to the Democrat ads running on TV and the radio right now. What do you hear? Constant references to millionaires and billionaires. One ad I heard over the weekend had the word "millionaire" over four times. The goal is clear ... Democrats not only recognize that many of the voters do .. but in fact WANT the voters to despise those who have worked hard to obtain wealth. Democrats wish to encourage that hatred and jealousy so that it can be exploited when it comes time to cast votes.

Know this ... a by product of wealth creation is jobs creation. You simply cannot become wealthy without creating jobs somewhere along the line. Well .. there's always winning the lottery, but as soon as you start spending your money jobs get created. And don't give me that Democrat talking point crap about rich people not spending their money. So what if they save it? What does that mean? It means they invest it. Where? In stocks and bonds? That means the money goes from the millionaire's pocket into the bank account of some business enterprise. And what does that company do with the money? How about expanding and creating more jobs?

Maybe the Republicans ought to counter with an ad of their own:

"The Democrats are trying to create an "us vs. them" election. It's America's working middle class against the evil rich. Maybe it's time for you to ask yourself a few questions. Is your boss --- the owner of your company --- rich? Do you wish he was poorer? Would you like him to have more or less? The chances are you work for a small privately owned business. Do you think the company you're working for would be better off if the owners had less money? If you think that would be a good thing ... vote Democrat."

Yeah ... fat chance.
