What else can you say about Andy Stern other than he is a union goon? After resigning abruptly in April as president of the SEIU, Stern is now under investigation by the FBI. There are two reasons why:
Keep three things in mind when talking about Andy Stern. First is that he is a member of Obama's deficit commission, set to release its report on December 1st. This guy was one of the few, hand-selected by an incompetent community organizer with no private sector experience and nothing going for him but a love of his own voice and of government to be one of the elite group of people assigned the task of coming up with a strategy to save our Republic. (whew!) Now if that doesn't scare you, you aren't scareable. Second, remember that union goon Andy Stern was one of the most frequent visitors to the White House during Obama's first year as president. Last, but most importantly, is this quote that I have directed you to many times. Here's your exact quote: "... and so all of sudden we are witnessing the first new American economic plan led by the government, not necessarily by the private sector."

While we are talking about unions ... let's move on to the United Auto Workers. A months-long battle to save a General Motors plant in Indianapolis came to an end yesterday. The union at this GM plant was given a choice: accept pay cuts to bring your salaries in line with industry standards or the plant will be closed. The union voted and their decision was that they would rather have the plant close and all workers will lose their jobs then to allow their union wages to be cut.
