One day in the spot light for incoming Democrat National Committee chairman Debbie Wasserman Schultz and she is already at it.

"Seniors would pay more and more each year for their health insurance. No longer would Medicare be a guarantee of health insurance coverage. Instead Medicare would become little more than a discount card. This plan would literally be a death trap for seniors."

I hope we can expect more brilliant insight from Mrs. Debbie Wasserman Schultz as she assumes the throne as the head of the Democrat National Committee. First of all, it is not the government’s job to guarantee that you have health insurance coverage, unless it is something that you have paid into with your taxes and earnings. But the idea of giving seniors more options for their health insurance coverage – beyond the federal program – constitutes a "death trap" for seniors? More choice = death trap! And I assume she meant figuratively, not literally.
