Newt Gingrich & Neal Boortz

By Neal Boortz

Nancy Pelosi has decided to enter the ring with Newt Gingrich.  Maybe she’s upset that he has expressed regret for that time he spent on the couch with her.  I’m sure the memory isn’t one of his favorites.  Anyway … Princess Pelosi is threatening to use information on Newt that she learned while serving on the investigative committee that investigated Gingrich for campaign finance violations in the 1990s.  Pelosi says, “One of these days we’ll have a conversation about Newt Gingrich.  When the time is right. … I know a lot about him. I served on the investigative committee that investigated him, four of us locked in a room in an undisclosed location for a year. A thousand pages of his stuff."

Naturally, Newt turned it on Pelosi, thanking her for an “early Christmas gift.”  He points out that if Pelosi used any of this information, it would be an absolute violation of the House rules and an abuse of the ethics process.  You can watch what Newt had to say, in his own words.

This can only be a good thing for Newt and for the Republicans.  Princess Pelosi has one of the lowest approval ratings in Washington, well below Dear Ruler.  In fact, Pelosi is the most unpopular politician in Washington.  The more this woman sticks her nose into things, the better it is for the American people.  Pelosi --- she of the “we have to pass the bill so we can see what’s in it” comment on ObamaCare.  She’s about as popular as a canker sore at a wedding.  So keep it up, Nancy!
