I have to believe that this is more of a giant "oops" than it is a true misunderstand of how our government works. Needless to say, seems as though New York's Chuckie Schumer had a brief moment where he didn't know his head from a hole in the ground. On CNN, Schumer explains ...
"We have three branches of government: a House, a Senate and a President ..."
Even a government educated fool should be able to figure out why Chuckie is a bit confused. Then again, our branches of government were outlined in our Constitution, and we know how important that remains to politicians these days.
