Lying to law enforcement officers?

By Neal Boortz

I’m thinking it’s time for a little jury nullification here.  So … if I find myself on a jury considering a charge of lying to a law enforcement officer, I’m going to refuse to convict unless the accused was under oath at the time the lie was told.  I’m not going to convict someone of lying to a law enforcement officer so long as it is perfectly legal for a law enforcement officer to lie to me.  Simple as that.
