Yesterday Barack Obama held a press conference. By popular demand, I will do my version of the press conference today on the program at 11am. I have it under good authority to believe that my answers will be slightly different than his. For example, this was something that Obama had to say yesterday during the presser …
"This jobs bill is fully paid for by asking millionaires and billionaires to pay their fair share," Obama said. "Some see this as class warfare. I see it as a simple choice: We can either keep taxes exactly as they are for millionaires and billionaires, with loopholes that lead them to have lower tax rates, in some cases, than plumbers and teachers, or we can put teachers and construction workers and veterans back on the job."
Let me just say this: If you took the words “fair share,” “millionaires and billionaires,” and “pass this bill now” out of Obama’s rhetoric he would be as mute as a sock puppet abandoned in a drawer somewhere.
Neal Boortz chronicles his 42 years of talk radio in his book "Maybe I Should Just Shut Up and Go Away" Available on line and printed from Barnes and Noble and Amazon.
