OK .. I’ll admit it.  I’m probably a bit addicted to Twitter.  [@Talkmaster] I just have a blast interacting with my followers (to the extent I can) and reading the Tweets of the limited number of people I follow?  Why do I limit followers?  Back to the addiction thing … I have to read every Tweet, and if I’m sitting there with hundreds of followers I’ll never get that done.  And YES!  I will continue with Twitter after I’ve turned over my show to Herman Cain.  It will be my primary interaction with the people who used to be my listeners.

Now … I have pretty much the same rule on Twitter that I’ve had on my show for 20 years.  I don’t take callers who want to discuss abortion.  We will talk about the affect of abortion politics on an election, but not whether abortion is right or wrong.  I follow the same policy on Twitter.  So if you send me a tweet about women murdering their babies and references to the “unborn” and all that … I’ll just block you so you can’t bother me with your obsession again.  Now sure … I may make mistakes.  I’m sure I’ve made mistakes in the past cutting people off the air.  That’s the way the pickle squirts.  If it matters to you the best way to avoid me making that mistake is to just leave the subject alone.

Now I’m sorry and I apologize for being so strident here, but that’s how I feel.  And that goes double for MEN who send those Tweets.  It’s not your body … butt out.  OK?  Now I’m sure that people “unfollow” me all the time because of my position here, just as people don’t listen to me on the radio because of my position.  Hey!  That’s fine!  Just don’t go whining to Belinda wondering why you’ve been blocked.  You know why.
