Even though I’m rehearsing for retirement I just had to pay attention yesterday to those union goons up there in Lansing, Michigan.  I’m absolutely loving this!  Jobs and businesses are flowing out of Michigan to Indiana ever since Indiana enacted a right-to-work law earlier this year.  So the Michigan legislature – a lame-duck legislature -  slam-dunked a right-to-work law of their own, and Michigan Governor Rick Snyder says he’s going to sign it.

The left and the goonions are outraged that this bill was forced through so fast.  Oh yeah … just like union wildcat strikes … or ObamaCare, for that matter.

Unions are outraged because now workers will no longer be forced to join a union and pay union dues in order to work in Michigan.  Freedom.  What a concept.  And Democrats are beyond outrage because the Democrat Party relies so heavily on union contributions – contributions that come from union dues.  Democrats see campaign money flying away.

Democrats will react with violent rhetoric.  Unions will react, as unions usually do, with violence.  Union membership will go down.  The Michigan economy will benefit.  All in all, a good day for Michigan.

By the way … this is an issue for the State of Michigan.  Obama should butt out.
