… the FairTax! There’s some sort of online platform that delivers individual messages to Congress. They compiled a list of the top 50 bills in 2011 that provoked the most messages from constituents.
The House and Senate versions of the “Fair Tax Act” placed in the top ten. The House version placed second and the Senate version, ninth.
Americans want real reform, and that is exactly what the FairTax represents: true tax reform that represents the largest transfer of power from politicians to the people. Too bad we couldn’t have gotten a presidential candidate like Newt Gingrich to run on the FairTax. Maybe he would have done better in Iowa … it worked for Mike Huckabee.
