The presidential campaign took a pretty ugly turn over the weekend.  While most people are simply tuning these negative ads out, I decided that we should make the proggies squirm a little … at least on Twitter.  There’s nothing like a little political incorrectness to make these super-sensitive leftist twits writhe in agony … and when it comes to political incorrectness, I’m sort of a God. 

It all actually started last Thursday with a conference call headed by Obama campaign propagandist and staff dumb-blonde Stephanie Cutter.  She said on the call, "Either Mitt Romney, through his own words and his own signature was misrepresenting his position at Bain to the SEC, which is a felony, or he was misrepresenting his position at Bain to the American people to avoid responsibility for some of the consequences of his investments."

Then over the weekend, Obama’s official campaign blog took it one step further.  Citing a recent article about Mitt Romney’s offshore investments, the Obama campaign blog asks, “Is any of this actually illegal?”  Then it goes on to say, “It appears not, but it’s impossible to know for sure because Romney refuses to release enough information to let people make their own judgments.”  It’s impossible to know whether or not Mitt Romney is a criminal?   Then Dear Ruler himself uses those same words … “impossible to know” … when asked about charges that Romney may be a criminal.

This is Chicago thug-style campaigning .. but that’s the way Obama rolls.  Remember, he managed to get himself elected to the U.S. Senate by employing attorneys to dig up the dirt it took to get his opponents to withdraw from the race.  Obama is a thug … you may not like it, but that’s the fact, Jack.  A Chicago thug. It’s not like he learned his politics in Lubbock, Texas. 

You can make virtually ANY charge against a political opponent if you just use the “impossible to know” tag.   Drop a dark suggestion that your opponent just finished with a drug rehab program.  Just a suggestion.  Then, when the media asks you if you really think that your opponent has a drug problem and just finished rehab .. just say something like “Well, that’s impossible to know unless my opponent releases all of his medical records.”  It’s sleazy politics at it’s best – and Obama is sleazy enough to use it.

The problem is .. it can be used against Obama as well.  Romney could as well, but Romney simply has too much class.  That’s not a problem with Obama.  So I had a little fun with this, starting a #impossibletoknow thread on Twitter and, by golly, yesterday afternoon it was trending!  My TwitterPeeps really picked up on this one.  Twitchy’s staff even picked up on the #impossibletoknow tweets.  So I decided to give you a roundup of some of my better contributions to the #impossibletoknow discussion … remember that you can follow me on Twitter @Talkmaster.

What fun!  As for the Obama campaign pushing this line of Bolshoi .. there is nothing that is beneath them at this point of desperation in their campaign.  When asked about it, chief campaign propagandist David Axelrod says, Well we never said that Mitt Romney is a felon but simply implied that he might have committed a felony.  Good grief.

And while all of this was going on, where was Soros-funded Media Matters?  Are they pretty much out of the picture now?
