House Majority Leader Eric Cantor, who sets the floor schedule in the House, says the House will vote on the repeal the week of July 9. Senate Republicans may also look to repeal the full law through the budget reconciliation process.

This is may be a mistake, and there are two reasons why.

The first reason is that there isn’t a very likely chance that repeal will pass in this current Congress.

The second reason is that it gives the Democrats a great talking point, which Obama himself has already hinted at: The Democrats will be able to say that the Republicans are focusing on partisan politics rather than focusing on jobs and the economy.

If you really care about liberty and you really care about the snowballing destruction of this nation, focus on November … and I’m not just talking about the presidency. Yes, ousting Obama will be a huge factor, but Mitt Romney will need support in the House and the Senate if you really are serious about getting ObamaCare repealed once and for all.
