Dear Ruler made some pretty lofty promises about cutting our debt and deficit when he descended to the throne. Descended?  Remember, please, that this “sort of a God” had to “step down” from wherever he was at the time to become president.  On the campaign trail, Obama talked a big game about spending.  He criticized George Bush (and rightly so) for his spending habits.  At one point, Obama went as far as to say that Bush’s spending was “unpatriotic.”  Well if that’s how he really feels, then Obama’s spending habits are down-right terroristic.

During the eight years that Bush was in office, our national debt grew by $4.899 trillion.  In less than four years under Dear Ruler, our national debt has gone up by $4.939.  Even government-educated minds can discern that Obama has increased our national debt more in one term than George Bush managed to do in two terms.  Our national debt now stands at $15.566 trillion, a figure that now exceeds 100% of our GDP.

If America is stupid enough to re-elect this man, the writing will be on the wall.  I already find it hard to believe that we will be able to turn this thing around and save this Republic for our grandchildren to enjoy better lives than we have lived.  But re-electing Barack Obama guarantees that your grandchildren will be worse off than you.  His budget ensures that by the end of his second term, our national debt will top $20 trillion.  This will mean that under Obama’s rein, our debt will have increased by 87%.

Just remember, “The danger to America is not Barack Obama but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency. It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president.”
