We have a few other healthcare-related goodies to round out this discussion on ObamaCare …

A recent poll asked people about the government being able to force you to buy a certain product.  When people were asked if they felt it was unconstitutional for the government to force you to buy broccoli, 87% said it was unconstitutional and 8% said it would be constitutional.  The rest didn’t know.  But when asked if they felt it was unconstitutional for the government to force you to buy health insurance, 62% said it was unconstitutional and 13% said it was constitutional.  The rest are clueless.

The Heritage Foundation has come up with a list of seven of ObamaCare’s biggest failures from the last two years.  I’ll give you just one example, and then let you read the rest: “Obamacare provides a temporary tax credit to small employers as an incentive for them to offer health insurance to their employees. Two years later, the IRS reports that only 7 percent of the originally estimated 4.4 million eligible small businesses have claimed the credit.”

As of right now, the IRS is going forward with plans to enforce ObamaCare.  It is looking to add about 4,000 agents to hunt down tax cheats – penalty cheats – whatever the administration wants to call it on that particular day, and it still plans to spend $303 million building a system to oversee ObamaCare.  Just what we need … a bigger IRS.

If Democrats get their way with our healthcare system, this is what you have to look forward to … in the UK they are now debating who should take precedence in their rationed healthcare system: Elderly patients or fat people … take your pick!  Coming soon to America, if Nancy “are you serious?” Pelosi and Harry Reid get their way.
