Why hasn't Moonpie Muhammad been arrested?

Yup … that’s the name I’ve bestowed upon this thug Mikhail Muhammad, the mouth of the New Black Panther gang. First of all .. he has a big round face like a Moonpie. Secondly, since he’s a joke I see no real problem in treating him like one.

The problem here is that Moonpie-the-joke should be being told from behind bars. This man has committed crimes – felonies – under the laws of the State of Florida; yet there is seemingly no demand to have him arrested and charged.

First … what act did Moonpie Muhammad commit that constitutes a crime? He called for the “capture,” that would be the abduction of George Zimmerman. He also called for Zimmer to be detained without legal process and delivered to him and his fellow New Black Panther gang members.

Now .. the Florida statutes:

Florida Code 788.01.
This provision of the Florida criminal code makes it a felony to “by threat, confining or abducting, or imprisoning another person against his will” in an attempt to terrorize that person. Muhammad the Thug is certainly engaging in an attempt to terrorize Zimmerman in this manner.

Florida Code 777.04.

This one deals with soliciting someone to violate the law. “A person who solicits another to commit an offense prohibited by law and in the course of such solicitation commands, encourages, hires, or requests another person to engage in specific conduct which would constitute such offense or an attempt to commit such offense commits the offence of criminal solicitation.” By posting a “wanted dead or alive” poster, and by exhorting people to “capture” Zimmerman and deliver him to Moonpie’s gang, Moonpie has violated this section of Florida law.

Now if someone were to actually abduct Zimmerman and deliver him to the Black Panther thugs several more Florida laws will have been broken, but that hasn’t happened as yet. Let’s just deal with what HAS happened … and that would be Moonpie Muhammad violating both of those statutes I listed above.

The question, then, is why hasn’t he been arrested? Are you allowed to commit these felonies under the guise of a civil rights protest? I couldn’t find that exception written into the law. The protesters in the Zimmerman case are demanding the laws of Florida be enforced against Zimmerman. The Seminole County Grand Jury will meet to consider his case in about 11 days. If the rule of law really does stand in Florida the case of Mikhail Moonpie Yabba Dabba Do Dah Sponge Bob Muhammad will be presented to the Grand Jury as well.

Maybe Spike Lee and that lumbering loon Roseanne Barr should be added to the list.
