Dear Ruler is conveniently selecting when he wants to claim credit for ObamaCare, and when it is politically expedient to just ignore it.  For example, when the anniversary of its passage rolls around, there is no event or speech marking his takeover of 16% of our economy.  But when you get a check in the mail from your evil insurance company thanks to ObamaCare regulations … Obama wants to make sure that you know it came from him.  Here’s the story.

Under the instruction of the Health and Human Services department, insurers are now being forced to include the following paragraph with their premium rebates: “This letter is to inform you that you will receive a rebate of a portion of your health insurance premiums. This rebate is required by the Affordable Care Act — the health reform law.”  You see, under ObamaCare, insurance companies are forced to refund any revenue that is not spent on medical care (ie. administration costs).  Because, to bureaucrats, apparently the cost of doing business doesn’t include the administration of that product or service.

I would expect nothing less from our Narcissist-in-Chief.   It’s all about him and what he has brought to the American people – checks from the evil insurance companies.
