This is the type of mindless, bureaucratic policies that we can expect from an administration not unlike the one currently occupying the White House. Are you ready for this?
Private oil companies that want to do any drilling in our waters off of our coast (if they can even get a lease from the Obama administration) will be required to employ marine mammal and sea turtle monitors , “to watch for whales, dolphins, and similar sea creatures and to advise on minimizing the underwater noise created by offshore drilling, which can affect the sea mammals.”
Just one of the many barriers erected by big government.
