… a conversation that takes place between a young black woman and her mother about 15 years from now. By then opportunity in America has all but disappeared. America has become a European fascist welfare state. Government controls the creation and operation of all businesses, and the distribution of all wealth. The Obama transformation is complete.
“Mom? What happened? Why did you people reelect Obama in 2012? Didn’t you see what he was up to? There’s no opportunity left, mom! Success is condemned, not rewarded! Free enterprise is essentially gone! Taxes are so high there’s no chance of saving for retirement! Why did you let this happen?
“Well, sweetheart. Remember … Obama had the same skin color we do! What did you expect me to do?”
“Oh. Right mom. Almost forgot. Skin color was more important than our future. Never mind.”
Neal Boortz chronicles his 42 years of talk radio in his book "Maybe I Should Just Shut Up and Go Away" Available on line and printed from Barnes and Noble and Amazon.
