"Battering" Susan Rice

House Democrats have pulled out the race card and the gender card in their pathetic defense of UN Ambassador Susan Rice.  Rice has been criticized for her what we now know to be false PR campaign on the Sunday talk shows, trying to play off the terrorist attack in Benghazi as the “spontaneous” response to a YouTube video.  Leading the charge against Susan Rice and a potential nomination as Secretary of State has been John McCain.

Now we have the newly elected leader of the Congressional Black Caucus Marcia Fudge of Cleveland … perhaps the she is the Congresswoman for the Cleveland ObamaPhone lady.  Anyway, Marcia is accusing John McCain and others of racism and sexism in their opposition to Susan Rice.  Another Democrat Rep. Gwen Moore says that “men” should not be allowed to “attack” or “batter this woman.”  Here’s the quote: “We all understand that all of us have been disappointed in one way or another about the results of the election – but to batter this woman because they don’t feel they have had the ability to batter President Obama is something that we, the women, are not going to stand by and watch.”

Well … who didn’t expect that.  This is one of the reasons why the word “racism” is not more of a punch line than it is a valid accusation.  You pretty much know the sun is going to set tonight, right?  Well you can be JUST as certain that if any white person criticizes any action by a black person someone is going to start yelling racism.  But wait!  There’s more!  Now we are moving to the situation where if any male criticizes the action of a female, it will be “battering.”  Let’s see how far the idiot left manages to take THAT one.
