Webguy and Cristina tell me that this is one of the most frequently emailed items to the show. Clearly, my listeners want me to share this … so here we go!
Have you ever heard of Inteptocracy? Here’s the definition that we received via email:
“A system of government where the least capable are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed, are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers."
That pretty much nails it.
I asked the question on the air yesterday of whether or not the Republicans lost in this last election because of their failure to accurately deliver their message or because of the growing number of moochers and parasites. While we didn’t have much discussion on what is more to blame, I have a sneaking suspicion that many of you believe it is a combination of both, but mostly leaning toward a growing moocher class. The statistics would agree with you, as do I.
Neal Boortz chronicles his 42 years of talk radio in his book "Maybe I Should Just Shut Up and Go Away" Available on line and printed from Barnes and Noble and Amazon.
