The World Wants Obama

Apparently if the world had its way, Barack Obama would be re-elected by a landslide.  Based on a very small sample of foreign correspondents, 65 percent of interviewees said they’d vote to re-elect Obama, while 18 percent favored Mitt Romney.

No real shocker there.  When was the last time you felt as though nations around the world wanted the United States to thrive in terms of leadership, our economy, our military, our technology?  While many of these nations benefit from our global dominance, resentment still exists among many throughout the world.  Don’t get me wrong … if given the chance, these resentful people would come to the United States in a heartbeat.  But overall they have a negative view of America, many times out of sheer jealousy.

So it is no wonder that they would want America to stick with the guy who would keep America weak.  On the economy, his “recovery” has been pathetic and could very well lead us back into a recession.  On our foreign policy, he has apologized to our enemies and left our allies questioning our allegiance.  He won’t lead on one of the greatest issues to shape our future – a nuclear Iran.  When he speaks of ObamaCare and demonizes rich people, it sounds like the socialist musings of many other leaders around the world.

Barack Obama is the president for a weak America.  The world can sense this.
