Doubling Down

Last week, this brain dead propagandist from the Obama campaign by the name of Stephanie Cutter tried to convince us that the only reason that Benghazi was even an issue is because Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan have made it an issue.  How pathetic is that?  I truly hope, that for her own sake, Stephanie Cutter doesn’t actually believe that line of Bolshoi and used the line purely as political spin.

But what’s even worse … other Obama propagandists are standing by her theory, and even doubling down on it!  On Sunday, Chris Wallace drilled Obama propagandist David Axelrod on the issue of Benghazi.  He, too, accused Mitt Romney of “cravenly trying to exploit” the issue.  It’s been well over a month now since the attack and Mitt Romney’s statement on 9/12/12.  Take a look at his statement again and tell me exactly where he was “cravenly trying to exploit” the issue?

Democrat Rep. Elijah Cummings is doing his part as well.  You might expect this.  The House Democrat Caucus should create a new position for Cummings:  Race Pimp Whip.  He says that the investigation into the terrorist attack in Benghazi is becoming a “witch-hunt,” for the purposes of giving Mitt Romney some talking points.

Perhaps these libs and proggies should be more worried and enraged by the massive security failures in Benghazi and the administration’s cover up of those failures, rather than Mitt Romney calling them out on this.  For example, ever heard of the February 17 Martyrs Brigade?  Probably not … but these are the people our State Department entrusted to protect Chris Stevens and our diplomats in Benghazi.  Meanwhile, a Marine Security Detachment WAS deployed on September 11, 2012 to protect our U.S. Embassy … in Bridgetown, Barbados.  There is where the outrage should be directed.  Not at Mitt Romney.
