Wrapping up another week of this incredibly long and exhausting campaign …
Barack Obama has changed his campaign stump speech. Apparently al Qaeda is no longer “on the run” and Mitt Romney’s “binders full of women” comment has made its way into every Obama speech since Tuesday’s debate. Not sure on the status of “Big Bird,” but I’m betting “binders” gets more mentions than does Libya, as was the case with Big Bird. Why the obsession with “binders”? Because it is just another way that the proggies can continue this manufactured GOP war on women.
But Americans don’t seem to be buying this “war on women” and it seems like many people are sick of this election boiling down to such mundane words and phrases. Believe it not, informed people actually want to vote on the issues! They want to vote FOR someone, and apparently that someone is becoming Mitt Romney. For the first time, Real Clear Politics shows Mitt Romney leading the electoral vote count.
By the way, did you hear the latest excuse? First of all, CNN is thrilled with Candy Crowley’s moderating performance. I want some of what CNN executives are smoking. They also blamed the Benghazi controversy, when Candy felt the need to inaccurately fact check Romney, on Romney supporters. Yeah, the only reason that was even an issue is because of Romney supporters. But the excuse as to why Obama got more time was … get this … he spoke more slowly. That is no surprise, considering this is the same team of folks who picked “undecided” voters like that Code Pink lady and Katherine “the party girl” pre-K teacher.
