No … I haven’t been engaged by the Romney campaign to do any writing for his appearances. But .. If I were writing for Romney, here is what I might put in front of him today.  Well … let’s call this a rough draft.  I would certainly refine and hone this message if it were to count for that much.  But let’s give this a try:

“The world knows that the attack on our consulate in Benghazi was a pre-planned assault using military weapons with the goal of killing our Ambassador, Chris Stevens.  The Obama Administration has, though reluctantly, admitted as much.  The president of Libya has repeatedly stated that this small-minded video produced by an American had nothing to do with the attack.  Yet our president stands before the United Nations and blames this attack on … US.  We need a leader who supports and promotes the greatness of America, not a president who wrongly, for reasons known only to him, condemns and humiliates us before the world.”
