Without a lot of press from the Media Party, Barack Obama’s National Labor Relations Board has been very busy. Here’s a roundup of some of its latest antics.
And then we have this, “Former ethics officer says NLRB inspector general ‘improperly’ cleared Obama appointee of wrongdoing.”
Look, folks. Here’s what’s happening. So long as the Republicans remain in control of the House (which may not be the case after 2014), Obama knows that any major labor reform isn’t going to pass the smell test. But this doesn’t matter all that much to Dear Ruler. He is, after all, a ruler and laws only seem to be valued when convenient. So Obama will use the power of this unelected group of officials to dictate changes in labor law or enforce ancient labor laws if necessary. Obama knows that he owes big labor big time after the last election. This is how they will receive their thanks. And sadly, much of it won’t be covered by the Media Party because power grabs, union thugs and regulations don’t make sexy stories unless they (the unions) are the victims.
Neal Boortz chronicles his 42 years of talk radio in his book "Maybe I Should Just Shut Up and Go Away" Available on line and printed from Barnes and Noble and Amazon.
