Phineas T. Bluster (Mitch McConnell) says that Barack Obama and the Democrats “need to get serious” about spending.  Wow … them be fightin’ words!  You really showed them whose boss!

Let me tell you something, Mitch McConnell.  When it comes to spending, Barack Obama and these Democrats are a serious as a heart attack.  They see no need for fiscal restraint for two reasons: The Republicans aren’t going to stop them, and Americans aren’t going to hold their feet to the fire in the next election.  They never do, so why would they start now?

The Democrats know that they can get away with spending money on turtle tunnels and failed green energy companies because this is what keeps them in their cushy jobs, and there really isn’t anything to stop them.  In fact, many people vote for them BECAUSE they spend this money.  If they build a turtle tunnel, they’ve “invested” in the infrastructure of America.  Doesn’t that make you feel all warm and fuzzy?  But most importantly, Democrats spend productive Americans’ money on welfare checks, which ensures them re-election thanks to the ever-growing moocher class, armed with voter registration cards.  People are voting to get their hands on other people’s money.  The Democrats are just exploiting this fact.  Can you blame them?  Maybe the re-education and outrage needs to start among our fellow citizens who feel entitled to somebody else’s money, rather than the jerks in Washington who are simply exploiting this reality.
