So here we are.  Today is a day I warned you would come if you let a man like Barack Obama in the White House once again.  Today Obama will lay out his proposals for gun control.  We already know essentially what he is planning to do: An assault weapons ban, universal background checks and limits on the number of bullets magazines can hold.  We are also told that his announcement today will include 19 executive actions he will take on gun control, bypassing Congress once again.  The Constitutionally outlined Legislative Branch is nothing but a speed bump in the way of Dear Ruler’s agenda.  If his agenda doesn’t necessarily fit within the confines of our Constitution, this doesn’t bother him in the least, because he knows he has two things on his side: the Media Party to preach his propaganda and the dumb masses who are too ignorant to know any better.

There is a reason why over 250,000 Americans have joined the NRA in the last month.  This is it.  Democrats don’t understand this.  They don’t understand why so many people need guns!  People are clamoring to protect their inalienable right to protect their own life, liberty and property.  This concept of self-reliance scares the yaksqueeze out of liberals who believe that this role should fall to the government.  People are also clamoring to protect themselves from a tyrannical government.  Based on what freedom-loving Americans can tell, tyranny is on the rise thanks to the moochers and parasites who demand it in exchange for their own freedom. 

Our Dear Ruler once told us that “at a certain point, you’ve made enough money.”  Liberals love to limit the amount of goods and resources one can legally acquire if they do not approve.  In the case of that quote, Barack Obama does not approve of greedy rich people and therefore seeks to limit the amount of wealth one should be “allowed to keep.”  Let’s apply this logic to guns.  I guess at some point, the liberals would like you to admit that you have enough bullets.  THEY want to be the one to decide how much protection you need from the next criminal breaking into your home.  When seconds count, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid’s next election will only be minutes away. 

Chief propagandist Jay Carney said yesterday in his White House press briefing that “if even one child’s life can be saved by the actions we take here in Washington, we must take those actions.”  How will their actions help save the life of Melinda Herman’s 9 year old twins, hiding in a crawl space as a predator searches their house looking for them?  Lives will NOT be saved by the antics in Washington today, political careers will be.
